1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or tampered with upon delivery.
The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
The wrong product was delivered.
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
The product has been used, washed, or altered.
The return request is made after the specified return window.
The issue is related to slight variations in color, texture, or weave — as these are natural characteristics of handmade items.
2. Return Request Process

3. Refund Policy
If the return is approved, we will provide a replacement whenever possible.
If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
Minor color or pattern variations from product images (these are natural in handmade products).
Used, washed, or altered items.
Items with minor packaging damage that does not affect the product quality.
5. Shipping & Pickup
If a return is approved, Khushi Handloom will arrange a pickup from the original delivery address.
Customers should ensure the product is securely packed for return.
If pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may need to ship the product back to us.
