1. Shipping Locations
We deliver to every corner of India.
International delivery is currently not available.
2. Processing Time
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).
Express Delivery: Available in select locations for an additional charge.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to weather, festivals, or logistic issues — but we’ll always keep you updated.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on your order value and delivery location.
Free shipping eligibility will be shown at checkout.
Any extra charges (like Cash-on-Delivery fees) will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your package through our Order Tracking page or the courier’s website link provided.
6. Failed Delivery & Reattempts
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a second attempt will be made.
If the order still cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us and a refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued according to our Return Policy.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
